Warming up before drawing comics.
I drew my own take of the Polish composer and pianist, Frédéric Chopin. From his heart to his soul, he let his fingers do the talking.
My Chopin is relaxed, past pensive… which is what he often appears to be, in his daguerreotypes. Honestly, Chopin… how did you keep your eyes wide open for many of your shots?
Many prefer Liszt in the world of piano, but I say “Meh.” Give me the sweet-faced Chopin, with his soulful eyes and huge nose. It’s the conk which does it for me~ (no, not really).
